The Caffeine Chronicles: Manchester Specialty Coffee Guide

This week, I spent two days in Manchester — most of it inside a conference centre. But the city soon won me over and, of course, I found a little time to hunt out some specialty coffee. I used my time wisely and managed to visit two coffee shops. I had hoped to go to a third, but Pavé (CLOSED) closed earlier than I was expecting and when I checked my train ticket and realised that I was on an earlier train, I knew I wouldn't have time to go to one of the cafés I'd earmarked near Manchester Piccadilly station.
